Tree Selection & Planting Specifications

In the first instance, selection of appropriate trees for specific locations is based on detailed assessment and analysis of the proposed planting site(s). From these findings, a suite of appropriate trees can be suggested that are suitable for the site and its conditions and; be able to provide long term benefits for the locale.

Tree Selection Reporting may include (but not limited to):

  • Considerations include soil type and conditions, soil volumes, functionality, above and below ground space, aspect, form and function, benefits, irrigation requirements and ongoing maintenance.

  • Provides guidance on quality of nursery stock in keeping with Australian Standard AS 2303 ‘Tree Stock for Landscape Use’ 2015.

  • Planting Location Plan includes directives keeping with industry standards and best practice.
